You may cancel a request within a limited time after booking. Cancellation fees may apply.

You agree to treat drivers, couriers, and other users with respect and professionalism.

Harassment, abuse, or unlawful behavior may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You must comply with all applicable laws and traffic regulations when using the Service.

Drivers and couriers must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and meet platform standards.

Believe Ride is not responsible for individual actions of third-party service providers.

Believe Ride is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
